1. Booking Confirmation
When you make a booking with Maharaja Travellers, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our refund and cancellation policy. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
2.1. Cancellation Fees
- If you cancel your booking, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
2.2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within [“14 business days”] from the date of cancellation.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. Changes to Booking
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional fees or restrictions may apply depending on the nature of the change and the policies of the service providers involved.
5. Cancellation by Maharaja Travellers
In the rare event that Maharaja Travellers needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be provided with the following options:
- Alternative Arrangements: We will offer you an alternative booking at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Full Refund: If an alternative arrangement cannot be made, a full refund of the booking amount will be provided.
